Swanland: A Master Suite
For this project in Swanland, our client had a vision: a master suite renovation that embodied luxury, mood, and intimacy. Their inspirations drew from the refined elegance of renowned luxury hotels, including The Dakota in Leeds and Manchester.

We developed a rich colour palette of deep, enveloping browns, complemented by warm bronze fixtures, walnut accents, and champagne-toned textiles. This scheme flows seamlessly from the bedroom into the adjoining bathroom, unified by the open-plan layout.
In the bedroom, tactile fabrics and layered textures create a cocooning atmosphere, while pendant lights and a feature wall with subtle metallic detailing add an indulgent glow. The design extends into bespoke his-and-hers wardrobes, finished with champagne-textured wallpaper and walnut cabinetry – bringing functional elegance into everyday routines.
