The Studio: A Creative Sanctuary
Nestled within the grounds of our South Newbald base, the Studio is a space steeped in history and brimming with potential. Housed within part of an 18th-century barn, the Studio retains its original stone walls, vaulted character, and large arched glazing – a space full of history and ready for its next chapter.

This renovation is rooted in a deep respect for the original fabric of the building. Exposed stonework will be celebrated rather than concealed and the dramatic arched glazing brought into focus as the architectural centrepiece it deserves to be.
Alongside the restoration, every decision is guided by liveability and function. The result will be a studio that feels as beautiful to be in as it is to work from –
